Extraction Kits

AstraGene’s Extraction Kits feature an Automatic Nucleic Acid Purification System that utilizes magnetic beads and a buffer system with a unique separation function to quickly extract viral DNA and RNA from highly sensitive samples. Guanidine salt, surfactant and protease are used to destroy the virus shell and release nucleic acid into the buffer system. Special coated magnetic beads are added. The magnetic beads have strong affinity for the target nucleic acid in the buffer system. When the conditions change, the magnetic beads release the absorbed nucleic acid. The washing system removes the protein, small molecules and other impurities in the solution and achieves rapid separation and purification of the nuclear acid without using toxic reagents such as chloroform. These GMP-certified, ISO 13485-certified, and CE-certified kits are developed in compliance with WHO and CDC guidelines, ensuring reliability for critical diagnostic applications.
